fishing next weekend somerset county???

is anyone else plan on going out next weekend couple days above freezing but freezing at night I checked a couple lakes Thursday and my favorite one is looking really good about 98% frozen just along the bank was thin but I could still stand on it so im hoping next weekend ill see my first flag of the year

Wow, I hate to tell you all, But there won't be safe ice on any lake until end of Dec. You guys are wayyy too eager. You're only going to end up disappointed, It's deer season now. That's what people are focusing on. Nobody historically got on the ice with any reliable regularity until late Dec. in PA.

Actually a few areas of high elevation often have safe ice; usually the end of Nov. to Early Dec. Not in Somerset buy yes they are in PA.
