First Snow in Tioga County

It snowed at my house, in Lackawanna County, today off and on this after noon.  It was only flurries but that's better than nothing.  Another nice thing is it's supposed to go down to the mid 30s to the high 20s for lows for the next 10 days with highs in the mid 50s for the warmest.  I'm hoping this patter keeps up to cool the water down and prime it for making ice.

We didn't get any snow down here in Monroe but this is the 2nd day that I've had to scrape the windshield!

a little wintery mix again this morning.  I'm ready for winter.  Right in front of my cash register sits an ion auger and about 150 ice rods.  Another two months staring at them is enough to drive a bait shop owner nuts.  Forecast is looking good so far at least

Loving these early November temps.  Snow again today with lows in the 20's and 30's for the next few weeks.  Not enough to freeze em up yet, but they'll be cold and primed up for some ice making by early December I hope
