Same here. Bout an inch on the skating ponds. We're getting there. It's snowed the last 2 nights and it's been below freezing at night for the last week. Hope it keeps up. I might be on sooner than I hoped. The race continues..... lol

VanCan its suppose to be hitting -10C the next number of nights and hardly above freezing during the day.  We'll be making some good ice over the next week.  I'd guess that pond will be walkable by early next week ;D

If his neighbors think he is nuts, then Mine probably want me in a rubber room. I live in Raleigh NC and have a Ski-doo Formula in my shed. I do grass drags now and then and have done them when it is 100 degrees out in July. I use it in New Hampshire, but I want it here with me. I also love the pictures of the ice.

I just wish I had something to measure.  Hot a hint of ice in Northern Virginia.  Lake Rawlings is still a balmy 70 degrees.  I've gotta drive 600 miles to go ice fishin' (for the next year or so, anyway).

Chillipaws and I are in the same boat. No ice around here yet either. Oh wait, there never is. Two months and counting before my two week vacation freezing my rear end off in NH, can't wait!!!
