Wildlife Sighting....Oh Yeah and a 16 lb. Pike....Shhhhh Don't Tell Anyone

Brutal day on the ice today. Not to say we didn't have fun, we did.
The SNOW AND RAIN THEN SLEET !     I didn't catch anything except this hawk with the camera.







Oh Yeah did, I mention the 16 Lb. Pike Caught by Tip-Up Tom !



Ended the day with a jigging lesson from RIfish and his electronic gadget.

Nice fish bud. The rain/sleet/snow sure made it a cold, wet, nasty day out there, but that one fish made the day.

That looks like the same kid that my girl and I met on Thursday. He ran over to us with a big pike. He was by himself and needed someone to take a picture.!! If it is the same kid we talked to;let me know if the pictures that SHE took came out ok.  P.S it was dropped alive and healthy in one of my ice holes :) :tipup:

 Yeah that was him,here is one of the pics you took. Him and his cousin are good kids,they take good care of their catch and release them all. The other pics are of him catching his first fish through the ice when he was barely four years old and his first 10+ lb. pike when he was nine. I am proud to have raised such a good kid.

This was my  first meeting with Tip-Up Tom and I must say, he was a fine gentleman.

I also found him very knowledgeable !  It was a pleasure to meet him. Hope I didn't startle

him with my goofy hat  :woot: and hope you don't mind the nick name I gave ya .  :clap: :roflmao: :roflmao:

good to see somebody is catching something on sunday... on sunday i went to wickaboag lake up in west brookefield mass and i got SKUNKED. well atleast we hammered em on saturday. And by the way, is the fish your son is catching in the picture when he was 4 a pickerel?
