What have you Kicked/Knocked/Dropped down the Hole

I lost my favorite pair of polarized fishin glasses down the hole.  I had them on the brim of my hat and forgot about them, I took off my hat to scratch my head, they bounced off my boot, slid across the ice and right down the hole as if guided by some ethereal hand.  I was speechless, as was my buddy who was sitting just a few feet away witnessed the whole thing.  I just kinda watched dumbfounded as they fluttered down and out of sight.

Last year I bent over to look down a hole and my old Jon-e handwarmer fell out of my shirt pocket and did a perfect no-splash dive. Had it for a lot of years and still remember it fluttering down until out of site. A few months later I kicked one of those medical clamps used for hook removal down a hole but in a few seconds my jigging rod bent and I reeled it back up hooked by the thumb loop. Wish I got the handwarmer back instead.
