Do any of you use a ulu for cleaning fish? Any tips on keeping them sharp?

Not personally but the natives fillet hundrads of lbs of salmon with them every year. Im sure they work great once you get the hang of it. Its all in the wrist

Got 2 absolutely love them for almost everything. Haven't tried filleting but saw a vid.
