Anybody have an ice report for wagner by Philip?

Fished a couple ponds out that way and all had at least a foot of ice I'm sure its good.

I heard today that Waggoner (is this the lake you mean?) has a good bluegill bite near the inlet. The lake is also a good bet for Northerns.
