wow its cold!!

Got up to 11 degrees today.. wow! While everyone complains about the cold i can only imagine the ice being made1

I have a river I fish on that has some section I really want to get to but weren't safe last weekend, so I'm hoping this cold snap made some solid ice for me.

I was on about 8-9 inchsss yesterday and almost zero snow. Pond only had 5 inches after the warm up

I don't care how cold it gets as long as it stays below freezing especially after last year's terrible season.  If it was up to me it would be less than 20F degrees all year long.

11 degrees is a heat wave!!  Did you sleep till noon time?  It was pritnear below zero everywhere in the state this morning.

Would be kinda tough to grow any crops in those temps unless you had a greenhouse.

was a nice cold week all week! and supposed to be a nice 25 degrees on sat, and sunny on SUNday, so gonna be great week to gain some ice thickness, then be "warmer" on the weekend to fish! can't wait to finally make it out there for the first time this year on sat!

yesterday was brutal out on the ice.. didnt have much chance to put my gloves back on chasing all those flags.. not that i mind though  ;)
