Cascade 1/26

Just curious who was going up to show off their "skills"  at the Cascade Derby on Saturday. Looking forward to meeting some of the fellow shanty members.

"Skills" is a bold statement for me and my fishing level. "Luck" might be a more appropriate word for me. I am however bringing up the boy to join the youth derby, he is the real fisherman anyways

Busy next weekend, probably head up the week after.  I have heard a few "slabzilla" reports, but most are not piling them up like last year. Is that still the case?

oh I will be there.... seems like the big one's are hard too come by this year the 15"+ fish anyway....

We are coming up for some fishing and the winter carnival. Not sure about the tourney but we will be staying in Cascade so I can go sign up then. We will have some friends with us who probably wouldn't do the tourney and by the rules it appears they couldn't be fishing by me, which is understandable, no problem, but thats why i am not sure I will enter.

Also, by the rules, it sounds like you need to specify where you are going to be fishing at and that part I would not have a clue as to what to tell them. So anyways I will need to give this some more thought, but it sure sounds like fun.
