First brookie with out an adpoise fin. I use to work with a couple of fellows that loved to eat pickerel they would soak them in apple cider vinegar. Only for a short spell then fry Bones would be gone dissolved.

They also make a great shore lunch if you roll them in buttered aluminum foil and roast them in the coals of your fire.
