My Strikemaster Mag 2000 auger has a problem. The throttle cable/wire comes off where it connects to the spring mechanism on the carb. I can work the throttle wire, which has a zigzag shape on its end, back into the hole/slot it fits into and the auger will work fine for a while. Then without warning, the throttle wire will come off again. Usually it comes off when I let off the thumb throttle from wide open throttle.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
