Are you doing kids prizes this year? My sons had a blast last year and I am trying to get them up there from Connecticut again to fish the derby. My son was so excited when he finished in 5th place last year. Good job with derby and look forward to see everyone there!!!
If there is a will there is a way, and I am trying to find my way to some ICE!!!!

Just curious if the weigh in and home base will be located in the same spot as last year? That seemed to work out great.

Ice looked good  yestersday  little water on top  in a few spots its going to get cold  again  tonight and even colder  towards  the weeken I dont think your going to find any slush   ;D

please use caution  and good personal judgment anytime you are  going onto any Lake or Pond as  conditions can change. your own good judgement is essential!

What's the cost for entry for adults and kids because I want to make sure I have enough cash?

$20 for adults, $5 for kids

Don't forget about the raffle for the Sports Shack = $5 each or $10 for 3  ;D

how is the ice up at the top of the lake by the river? opposite end of the landing. anyone know?

For the folks coming not familiar with the lake you should be mindful of where the river comes into the pond on the North end it's always the first place it gets sketchy.

Went to the lake yesterday. I found 10 inches on north end near shore. Glare ice no slush or water. South end by  boat launch had 6 to 8 inch and again glare ice no water or slush. little snow and very cold thursday night should set things up perfectly. Please still use you own judgement when going on any ice.
