Elevenmile Res., 12-14 & 12-15

Went out to the E-mile on Friday morning with Dad. We kept 3 at 16-17 inches and I caught the rainbow of my life at 28 inches and 12 pounds. Go to ColoradoFisherman.com, the Beast of Elevenmile to see the picture. Not the greatest picture but I'm getting him mounted. Saturday morning I met friends Chris and Vicky out on the ice. I got 1 16" rainbow and Vicky lost 1. That afternoon they went back out and caught 2 bows and were broke off again. Then they went out again on Sunday afternoon and caught 2 more nice bows and were broke off again. The bows they kept were 16-18 inches.

I couldn't find the post on the Colorado Fishing Forum, but great job! Sounds like you're already having a better season than last year at the Mile.
