How manny minnow in a 15 gallon tank

I have a wash tub that holds about 15 gallons of water. I bought a filter for a 75 gallon tank. How manny dozen minnows can I put in there?

Holding for a long time, probably 6-7 dozen.
Holding over night or for a couple days, 1 doz per gal.
