that's what I will be doing for the next three days by the way perch are hitting off the docks ever where if into perch fishing....

by the way it is 39*F currently and partly cloudy with winds of up to 12mph and average winds of 9 mph..it will calm down tonight and cool off just for the night...

To warm for me. Dragging out the 8' flat bottom and see if I can get into some fish. Aside from a few salmon fillets from September, my freezer is looking empty and the kids want fried fish!

I looked at the 45 day forecast for Stevensville which is right on Lake Michigan. No decent ice making weather through Jan 21st.

Looks like another disaster this year as far as icefishing goes. I am regretting winterizing my boat.

Right now its lookin like houghton lake, lakes cadillac and mitchell are going to be our only options until late january, better than nuthin

there is some snow in the forecast but will see what happens this is not this week end but the next there calling for snow Friday then again Monday and Tuesday...some thing like the twenty second of December...
