snow fishing!

went out today in this crudy weather caught a bunch of perch but never set off a flag and my camera was in the shanty every time and we didnt keep any so i have no good pics of the fish but heres some others from this lovely day in western ny :tipup:

im not sure why my tip ups didnt pop ???

had my camera for this nasty dog :P

i may hit ice :o

i thought this would help my tip-ups but 10 min. later it was like i was never out there :tipup:

wow arch and i thought all ya did was sit by the computer!   ;D ;D
i was sitting at work today thinking, "if anybody is out today they're a trooper."  wow. nasty stuff..   all I do is get frustrated in this kinda weather..  good job.

Yeah, for about 20 minutes!  8)
16" of snow and 35 mph winds on Silver.

it was 14" to the ice and another 9" from there to water had about 25 mph winds luckily not many gusts :tipup:

yeah you can get blue in most bordering states i went down south and ordered a blue and they looked at me like i was retarded and that creature is a mud puppy and ive already gotten 20 this ice fishing season i got that one and most others from case lake in franklinville and ive never heard of anyone eating them but im sure someone somewhere has  :tipup:

thats a cool looking pic hali-man last time we fished together there was so much slush we had to dig our shanties out now you have dig your shanty in :tipup:
