Thanks to this website I've added some PK lures, some different tip-up lines and hooks to try, and am going to pick up a flip-over shanty. Needless to say I already bought enough stuff, reading about other guys buying and using ice fishing gear doesn't help haha.

Just got a new Thorne Bros sweet heart rod and continued my never ending quest for more Fiskas and jigs. I also picked up a 7 inch auger blade for my Strikemaster magnum.

Those damn Fiskas are addictive aren't they?  I know I've already got plenty, but I have this nagging feeling that I should buy some more!

Nope, no desert this year been back almost 5 months now and got another 5 before they can send me anywhere!

Gonna try and make it home a few weekends to hit the ice. Im going to be changing jobs come spring and will be getting restationed so Im hoping its somewhere cold so I can ice fish! If I get my way ill end up in upstate New York, Colorado, or Alaska so we'll see.

I wanted the elite 4...then realized I'd have to repurchase lake maps for it because I use my garmin legend hcx. So my wife said get the cheaper version and ill buy you a new gun.

I'm going to get some tipups for the first time.  Never tried them.  Also a Frabil straight line reel and a smaller hand auger.  I have a 8 inch lazer and found out that is more than I need for pannies.   I bought a Eskimo Z71 last year for thick ice.
