Ice in SE WI - Jefferson County!

Woke up to ice this morning. Got the auger out and drilled the first hole of the season. Dropped a line in, but no bites. It was still exciting. Fishfinder didn't seem to work well, but maybe the batteries are old. Then my dog came to drink out of her bowl and ate all the ice. Dogs are not man's best friend when they ruin all the fun.

Just nice to hear about ice in the state.  Next weeks forecast sounds good, should help drop water temps.  Hopefully we can get some continuous 24 hours below freezing, with some single didgets to make some good clear ICE!
