Bait tank build

I am looking to build a bait tank for the summer and the winter but was wondering if anyone can keep bait for very long in the summer with it being so warm?

   If you go with a chest freezer as your tank, you can swap out the freezer control and put in a refigerator control. The biggest thing would be aware of the heat that your water/filter pump can induce into the tank water ! There are some really well thought out bait tank designs posted previously in this thread.
