Webster Lake Derby

Got third place Saturday in the perch category for the Webster Lake Derby. No prize money but a fun time anyways. Someone in the youth category put up a 29 1/2 inch pickerel!! Don't know what the state record is, but that has to be knocking at the door.

Guess you didn't do the Washington Derby. My group had plenty of action on Ashulot Pond with pickeral but all under 20".  Not sure what the state record is but it must be on the F&G site.

Hey Surf - yeah that thing looked like a pike, it was just a log! I sure hope they got it to a certified scale.
Meatandmetal - decided on Webster at the last minute. It was a tossup but I had never been to the Washington Llakes and with ice being what it is, decided to go with what I knew
