Check at Gates of the Mountains aka Upper Holter.  Usually open year round due to the current and has a great early season bite on trout and at times walleye.

Was up there last weekend Friday and Saturday and only thing I caught were ling and perch.  About the same caught by people around me.  No eyes and trout fishing was slow.
