Stone lake laporte

This morning did see one guy out with tips on stone, looks near where the last monstor pike was caught and posted, did take pics of him pit there but still havent got the idea how to post pics yet aaaargggggggggggg!!!!!! :tipup: :tipup: :tipup:, flag up

just got back from walkin stone and pine lakes. bout the same as yesterday but ice is much harder. There have been many monster pike caught on stone but none so far to top the 20 pounder caught 2 years ago on stone. ... @)

I remember that, the story goes some girl was casting a soft jig bait, let fall off the ice edges and reel it in, and nailed it, urban legend or not. i saw the pic at the bait shop, huge is all i can say :tipup: :tipup: :tipup:

ummm yes she did get that pike, 15 lbs  3 years ago. I was the first to see it after she caught it . The one caught 2 years ago was a friend of mine, his pic and the pike at baitshop on small rd. It was a lunker....Pike bite on large golden roach, females at the edge of flats just off deep water now ,hungry before the spawn........ :tipup:

I did see a guy on Stone in the cove to the east of the boat ramp. The other end of the lake at the beach is wide open with geese and ducks galore. I hope you guys don't take all the big pike out!! LOL!! We need them to eat all those dinky perch!!!

I caught a 10-13 lb fish 36 inches the monday it warmed up on the outer edge of the cove to the right of the boat ramp.  He had a 13 inch bass in his belly, and hit on a big shinner.  I had suckers also, but never got a hit on them. I posted pictures on my post.

I might have over imbelished it maybe 6 but definitely 6. The band off the Lake seemed to hit us pretty good. I love it!!!

I normally do to, but not on ice thats already poor. Pikefighter and i r talking about hitting stone tomorrow. Have u seen it yourself recently?? I havent been out that way in a couple weeks?
