delta resevoir: lower

I have fished this before through the ice and heard that there's tons of stunted bluegill but I've never caught anything. I know the upper holds all the trophys but I really want to get on the hardwater and it looks like the lower might be the only choice.
Man.. fishing was way easier when grandpa would take us.

I've fished both many times.  Recently (2010-2011) its been nothing but dinks on both.  If  ya give it a go, post results. thanks !
