Pelots Bay

Anyone knowhow the ice is?,is it safe enough to drive a 4 wheeler from Holiday Harbor?,thinking about this weekend.  Thanks

i have fished all the way out from carry bay, there is a solid 8" all the way out, some anchor ice at the beginning of pelots, and closer to 6".  Riding from holiday harbor down the alburgh passage, don't really know the ice conditions in the passage. People are taking four wheelers  from carry bay out to the passage though.

Fished Pelots last weekend, had probably 7-8" of good black ice.  Pike bite was slow, perch bite was decent.
