a short afternoon
« on: Jan 05, 2012, 03:32 PM »
so the other night i got out with a buddy who hasnt fished much. we didnt get out until late in the afternoon, so i decided a good chance to try for some burbies as the sun dropped. within a few minutes we got this little guy. my buddy couldn't believe it as has never seen such a thing. a few small ones were caught. all in all a good day to be on the ice.  not too much slush either  ;D

little guy was about 17inches, seemed to be the avergae size for where we were.
well, you think it's any good over there?

Nice burby. It's just a matter of time before you get into a big one so keep trying.  ;)
