Where to fish this weekend?

I had planned on heading north of kingston to check out the depot lakes, but after Sig's report of fishable ice on BoQ, I'm thinking that's where I'm heading.

Anyone else heading out this weekend?

I'd be real careful on Quinte with the temps in the forecast for the next few days.  Good luck if you make it out, though.
No ice fishing this weekend, but, hitting Nipissing for three nights next one.

yes, there is fishable ice on the Bay, but you need to be very sure of where you are headed, personally Im not headed to the Bay yet, this is a recent firm up and with a couple days of + temps headed out way, i would avoid it unless you are very familiar with a section and how the ice reacts in that area

thanks for the warnings guys, plans have changed to back lakes, then changed again to cancelled this morning (fishing partner is on the injured list).

Might be a bit of a drive for you. But we'll be out in Cardinal tomorrow morning, on the east canal. I was out yesterday. 6 good inches of ice.
Can't say I had a trophy day, but hey, its ice fishin!

Was out on the bay this morning we did manage fish and saw others do the same but by the afternoon the ice was no longer safe....I won't be going back tomorrow I will be hitting backlakes this weekend but waiting for the boys to confirm what they wanna do
