type of tip-up
« on: Jan 02, 2012, 01:02 PM »
I'm looking for the name or type of a tip-up I seen in a video. It's mosty black,(does have red flag), it's low profile, it appears to have a small black box(couple inches wide and high and maybe 4" long) on top of it. It has a black flexible cover attached to it  that covers the hole. It has a small (flat) indicater that spins as fish take line. Does anyone know what kind it is or has anyone else ever seen one like this?
   Thanks for your help.
It's more important to be nice, than it is nice to be important.

Sounds like a Polar Therm Extreme.  Here's the URL to the HT website (http://www.icefish.com/catalog/item.php )

Good luck.
