got them about 2 weeks ago the shop i bought them from was bobs bait and tackle in montville and they were going out of buisness and had every thing at 75% off lures  they had alot of decent rods for the salt dirt cheap 100 rods for like 30 but they officially shut down about 6 days ago and 9.99 is the best deal  ever goodluck on the ice to all .

I got 6 tip ups, 1500 yards 80 lb test dacrons vaccum sealer  and 6 rolls of vaccum bags
10 packs of flukes hooks 100 ft of red tube to make tube and worms set ups.
2 containers of berkey worms, three rods med heavy (1)7ft 5 star rod $11 and 2 okuma 7ft med heavy $25 all for total $270.00 .
 Plus hook up one of my friends with the 10inch jiffy with the biggest motor they have for 300 in the box out the door. 
i still think the best deal i go this last year is my shimano 20 trindad reel it was on was discounted $280 then went 50% off and i had a gift card for 120 that won.   I paid $25 dollars out my pocket for 400 dollars reel.
