597ci HD question

Been reading all the applicable post and want to know if this is what I'm looking for to set up for ice time.

Will i also need the ice ducer and power cable?

i got an ice ducer at Cabelas for $69, made a mount, and used power wire and base from my boat and a little 7AH battery from cabelas $19  Humminbird soft case is overpriced get a little softpack for a vexilar for about $39
