I just drank 2 white russians and 3 beers with my neighbor who owns the local bait store... That is about as close to fishing is I can get.. this sucks

It's supposed to be a cold winter!  I just want it to start getting cold, just so there could be a possibility of ice to come. There's no sign of cold weather in the near future (2 weeks or so). So at this pace were at least 3 weeks away if all goes well at this point.

Still awaitin' man.....Im in livingston county and dyinggggggg! I need to ice fish. But soon enough this will be all of us  :icefish:     :tipup:

Was pouring rain here couple days ago and now snow on the ground & 20's.......hope like hell it stays this cold for a good long while......Jonesing for the ice!

i know the feeling man it sucks. i used to live downstate and it wouldnt be til mid feb that we started ice fishing. Then i wised up and moved 4hrs north. Now we have 5inches by xmas :)

This weather does suck but you have to take what you can get.  So get the boat back out and fish some open water. I've been fishing in the boat quite a bit and they're still biting!  Just try to stay optimistic the ice should come at some point.
