A buddy fished Goose last weekend and said there was at least 3 inches of ice but was deteriorating Sunday evening.  It was cold up here Monday and Monday night so all may be well. Be careful

Both places used to have great perch in them a few years back.... now there are a ton of small perch with just an occasional keeper.  Had some buddies there and you really had to work hard to get any keeper fish.

fished swan yesterday.. ice good  5 inches or so ... come home with 12 perch    not huge but big enuff to clean...the big perch are in there you just have to hit it on the right day..Once last year I fished it 4 days in a row and the first 3 days nothing great....on the 4th day I got two 14 1/2 inchers and the rest where 10/11 inchers.   My day fished it the next day and nothing and I fished it a few more times and just dinks......
