Saltwater Fishing License

Well looking through the big book i see NH Law 214:9c VII-a. This is where if you own a "Lifetime fishing or Combo license" Prior to 1/1/2011 you can get a fee saltwater fishing license at NO CHARGE.  Just Make an application. Wonder how many got doinked on this one?

Gotta look into this one as i might fish the ocean 1X a year in NH?

The free part is only for smelts, shad, and trout in the rivers.
If you fish ground fish... cod, haddock, etc., pay up!

Yes- I forgot to mention that part. As some only fish salt water for smelt on Great Bay.
