No SC, we dont have to catch those sizes to qualify for the "weekly draw" prizes,    but after 1st, 2nd and 3rd, has been determined, at the end of the derby,  there is an extra "trophy" draw in each species, for extra prizes,  and in order to qualify in this "trophy" draw,  you fish has to meet the "trophy size" as dictated in the chart.   I hope that clarifys it.
