just brought my physical education classes outside and i have never heard so much complaining.....sudden ly everyone has frostbite...unbelievab le....soft!
when chuck norris played golf for money, chuck marked down a hole in zero every time, the golf pro said, "chuck: you can't score zero on a hole." Chuck norris turned towards the man and said, "I'm chuck norris, the man proceeded to pour gas over his body and set himself on fire because that would be less painful than getting roundhouse kicked by chuck norris....chuck norris roundhouse kicked him in the face anyways

Here is an interesting Analogy of tomorrows weather !  :woot: Catchy Title too !!  :roflmao:

Accuweather.com
Crushing, Cruising Snowstorm to Plaster Northeast Saturday
By Alex Sosnowski, Expert Senior Moronologist

The storm will turn into a "Halloween Weekend Screamer" in New England. Not only will some communities be battling problems from heavy snow, but also dramatically increasing winds that will also down trees and wires !

Hold on it gets better !

Powerful northeasterly winds will cause coastal flooding along east- and northeast-facing shorelines of New England. For part of the region, this could be an Irene with snow ! Unlike many storms which tend to underachieve, this one will overachieve and is likely to be a record-breaker.

This storm will catch many people off guard because of its intensity and fast-hitting nature

Interesting.....

I have a Halloween wedding we're going to tonight where dress up is mandatory. Bride and Groom are coming out in caskets, dressed like vampires. They are having a haunted grave yard you have to go through prior to getting into the venue. Should be different.

With this weather coming, it should make it more interesting and hopefully make for a pretty scene. I'm ready to see snow covered trees, roads etc, that quiet peaceful feeling....however the wind.....I could do without. Helps toughen up the body I guess for what's coming.

Not quite ready for this weather as I'm still collecting my bait (makes it miserable and dangerous in a small boat), working on misc. ice fishing stuff, getting the bobhouse ready etc....but the weather will help in pushing the lakes in the right direction. I'm predicting about 4 - 5 weeks, I'll be on hard water. Times ticking quickly, yet still alot to do.

Here we go........

This is cool. I have an idea for an appropriate costume matching the weather

Beautiful ride last night through the snow covered roads. Snowing hard, Trees over hanging and roads looked narrow, quiet, totally covered in snow. Slow ride home but I wouldn't want to miss the sights. No rush and enjoyed the Zen. Been a long summer.
Absolutely picture perfect & beautiful...

Wedding went very well and then we hit the BINN afterwards. Ended up taking the "best couples" costume....$100.00!

CH is a bit under the weather this morning (kept her out too late last night) but coming back into it.....just in time to watch the PATS! GO PATS! I'll fire up the wood stove for her and get her nice and toasty.

We got a solid 10" here (snow). What about everyone else?

We just got power back - I have to say that if this october foot of wet snow, 3 million people losing power, october snow days in school were meant to be a joke, it was not a very good one.

I want ice as much as anyone on this board but come on now Weather, take it easy!  ;)
