hello sorry for this stupid question but where do people get these tourney cards i see them in pictures what do they do and how do you get one and srry again for the dumb question i just never heard of one before

the tourny cards for 2012 will not be available until December 31st (or there abouts). Sign up for the tournament will be around December 1st.. keep your eyes peeled

so its free?? and do u put the card next to the fish you catch and take a picture and what culd you win?

Yep its free, you print the card and take a pic of your fish and you with the card and a ruler.. rules and regs will be posted as well as all prized. here is a link to info from last season, it will give you an idea
