Built an Ontario portable shanty, pictures to come, turn out good I think until I get it on the ice. Not first ice she's a titch heavy:) Though I can pull it in the grass pretty easy I mounted downhill skies on the bottom. Some new line and a puck and I should be good to go!!

I got a bunch of new lindy darters off ebay 2 for the price of 1 over the summer. They work great for my area  use them mainly to lure in the  bass but everything eats them from big browns and  bows to perch

I will live my life with the cards i have been dealt. When that final day comes that I'm to weak to grin. I will push the dealer all my chips  cause its all or nothing and I'm all in ...

Yep fleet farm has "most" of their things out.  Ice house quality is definetly taking a dip in the past few yrs.  I would not buy a clam house if my life depended on it they really went downhill.  All the Frabill shacks they had setup were non thermal models I dont even think they had 1 thermal capped Frabill.  The Otter thermal capped wild houses were nice if you can deal with a bench seat.  I want the pro series full thermal otter cabin with the bucket seats why dont they carry dat one? I dont really feel like going up to cabelas and paying 899.99$ for it.  I know Fleet Farm could sell these in the 750-800 range easily.

Thorne Bros rods are the cats arse so ive heard.  Been thinking of picking up a M30 walleye off em.

They just start offering the recoil guides this year?  Any extra cost?

Got the 825sd today.  Looks pretty sweet.  Can't complain about 2 day shipping for free.  Now just have to wait for the rest to get here.  Was hoping it would all come together...

Thorne Bro rods are the cats arse! I'm addicted to them  ;D . As for the recoil guides I had them put on a couple rods last year, but from what I was told today they will be even lighter this year. (Single wrap instead of double wrap).  Before you pick up a walleye rod think about a perch sweetheart. I have both and for most applications I use the perch. Only time I use the walleye is when I'm using salmos, jiggin raps, and spoons over 1/8 ounce.
