Fishing is a sport in which thinking is involved it is the covenant between nature and man, mother and son. Through fishing only can we recreate the link that has been tarnished throughout the existence of the modern era of mankind. Fishing is the answer yet people ignore it and consider it a "stupid" thing to do. What do these people do instead? They stare in front of color changing boxes. Is that life? My life is fishin

Deaver Resavoir should be Thanksgiving. Given the ten foot rule (no one closer than 10 foot to you). But good right around there.

10 foot rule sounds like I will stay on shore for a week or so longer.

I think I'm going to buy an auto inflate H2O life vest this year for early and late ice. Glendo is scary all season long!!!

hopefully the weather will start changing here soon, tired of the hot weather, the mountain is not even getting cold enough to put ice on the puddles of water yet, usually I get to break some ice when I am archery hunting elk, not this year though.  Maybe next week hopefully.

Just looked at the weather and it looks like snow is in the forcast for October 6th, I know it is just in the mountains, but a weather change would be nice, 80 degrees is toooo hot, especially for this time of year.

X2 Wally! @fishhunt, I heard the same thing. I think that would warrant a drive above Lander if it's snowing. I'm so stoked for this winter!
