lake ST. mary's???????????????

anyone been out yet? if so how thick is the ice?  any spots thicker than others?

Ice on lake not safe and water reel muddy.  this snow well not help.

cheapshanty, I was at windy point last summer for the first time, and when they say windy, they mean windy!
we didn't have much luck, I did better at the other end of the lake. I hear alot of guy's do very well at windy point, but they used a boat. I caught some nice cats out of that lake.

Hey Perchguy,how about a post on ST Mary's. How thick is the ice now? Been catchin any perch or crappies? How about Indian lake? I live in IN. Takes about 1 1/2 hrs to get to ST Mary's. Tried to fish with you last year but we didn't get hooked up. Wouldn't mind a lesson on fishing those bodies of water.   Tight lines.         Ultralight

I plan on going to celina today, to see how things are biting. wish me luck, I never icefished this lake before, I have shore fished  it alot in the summer. 8)

went north today,biye was slow.How was St.M

went to villa nova, marked alot fish, but not even a bite, we threw everything at them including the kitchen sink! no luck, so we back went to that private pond, my buddie caught two nice perch.
