Perch Charter fishing out of Chicago IL?

My dad and i are wanting to set up a perch charter trip out of chicago we have looked around at some of the captains, but i would just like to see if any of you guys have done this and if you have any recommendations. Thanks in advance!

If you don't mind shore fishing the perch are being caught off of Navy Pier We have been Limiting out Lately and you only pay to park. Ren
