Perch Charter fishing out of Chicago IL?

My dad and i are wanting to set up a perch charter trip out of chicago we have looked around at some of the captains, but i would just like to see if any of you guys have done this and if you have any recommendations. Thanks in advance!

 I believe Chuck Weis still runs Ace charters out of Indiana.  Good guy Safe boat CRAZY  about catching Perch.
Was on Cltv years back.
