Bay of Quinte Walleye Pictures February 26 2011

Made a trip down to the bay today and caught my largest walleye ever.  She was released quickly so someone else can have a chance at her. Enjoy the pictures!

that's a really nice 'eye!  Great job man!  The bite is on in long reach for sure - get out there while you can.  Saw a whole lotta of nice 'eyes come out of Huff's point in the last 2 days ;D

I didn't have a tape on me or a device to measure it's weight and length.  :(  I thought 10lb's but some other guys on the bay said it more like 11 to 12lbs but I don't really know for sure.   I'm thinking of taking in the pictures and the video I have to a replica specialist in hopes that I can get one made up, we'll see if that can happen since I have no real measurements.  Thanks for the comments.

anyone who wants can make a replica will need length and girth, otherwise you are out of luck. Unless it is peer guessing

id make a guess on her...what the heck if you miss an inch or two here or there...what a memory that would be on the wall everytime you look at her!!!

It's a fine line between fishing & sitting on the ice like an idiot
