this one hit a 4.5 in shiner on my tip up in 4' of water at 1 pm...unreal... was fun though.
15.5 in. long and 6.25 in. tall. and that's a 16 oz. can in my hand too...a little celebrating going on after

Almost sounds like the one I got on my wall. Same scenario too, got mine on a tip up, using a shiner 5-6" long, 6 fow, and during the day. Mine measures 15.75 inches mounted. Was a bit over 16" when I got it out of the ice hole. Darn drying process...lol.

It is always nice to land a whopper, even if it is just one. WTG on yours.

ed...tried the night thing tonight and caught a couple here and there...seemed like they'd pull around about every 20 min and someone would have one, but only kept 2 or 3. i'm thinking maybe i got spoiled on my first go around on this lake...either way...this one is going on the wall...the wife just don't know it yet

keep hitting that spot but stay quiet,keep light low,the big girls dont like commotion.go a little shallow there on the hunt.set rigs light.their there.ed / huskybass,those are nice, good hunt.what they measure.
