Way to go Dad!  How does he do with the flasher?  Those are the type of priceless moments I treasure with my kids...now if only it would warm up a bit so I could get them out.

those are some of the best pics that i have seen yet.  It takes me back a few years just looking at those pics to the days that my dad took me fishing when i was younger.  i stll loook at the pictures every now and then and just smile and think of the those times and think of thankfull i am now that my dad took the time to get me into such a wonderful sport.

I can not wait untill i have a kid to take fishing. ::) even though i sont think that that will be very soon. :'(  

you will have him hooked for life..... ;D

Hey man, great pics.  I'm 20 years old, & most of my friends never spend any time with their parents, & when they do they fight all the time.  Almost every other weekend when I'm not working I go up north & spend the weekend fishing with pops.  Most of my best memories are with him, whether it's sitting in a boat, on a bucket, or in a duck blind.  I wouldn't trade them for the world.  Trust me, get a kid fishing & you'll have a fishing partner for life.  Keep the good times rollin!

Thanks for all your kind words, he really enjoyed himself, he hasn't quite figured out the LCD, other than that it tells the depth.  I'm sure that there will be more trips to follow.

Those pics are priceless meat sticks!! The smile on the little guys face in the second pic should be in a magazine.Great job man takes me back to when i was that age and my step-dad started taking me out perch fishing....I think I was smiling just like your little guy ;D
