Who else saw the lights?
« on: Feb 13, 2011, 05:07 PM »
Did anyone else see the green flame shooting across the sky this morning? It was amazing when it disintergrated.

We were setting up in Keelers and I saw the object to the Southeast. I did not look at the time but I would guess that it was around 6:30

Was at the Sandbar... Didnt see it either! Wish I did! Must have been too busy setting up :(  Was an awesome morning out though. Until the  winds picked up about 8:30!  ::)

My kid says it was The Green Lantern. He thinks it was a publicity stunt for the new movie.

Just glad that I was not the only one that saw it. It was not Aurora. It was something burning up as it flew through our atmosphere. It was very cool to see.

Yeah my buddy and I were pulling a fish in and looking around. We had 3 other flags if I remember correctly then that flew by and we forgot about the flags for a minute!
