Usually never fails in this province......great temperatures accompanied by 50kmh winds.  Haven't been out since last Thursday so either way I think you will see me out on the ice Friday Saturday for sure!

Temps loook great but yes, the wind will be the question. I'm really hoping for light or no wind as well. My kid has no school Friday so I took the day off to hang out with him. We're gonna hit the lake. Leaning towards the West side.

Heading out Fri Sat and Sun. Gonna try a couple kms out from the mouth. Fished the mouth last few times out and it wasnt the greatest but gonna give it another try. If the bite is on great, if not gonna move to my spots that produced good afternoon fishing.

...and add the "correction factor" for wind on the lake which is 10kph more...give or take a klick or two

I think im gonna try the big lake again......might as well start where I left off last Thursday..won't hold my breath tho, haven't had good luck in the same spot twice this year.
