the missing Jig?
« on: Jan 30, 2011, 07:34 AM »
Looking for someone who fished sebago with in the last two years, i would say that lost a fish on a bucktail jig with a pearl head and yellow and white bucktail ;D cleaned a tougue from sebago last night found the head of a northland bucktail jig, and three rubberworms in his stomach. crazy the hook and eyelet had deteriorated of and the head and the feathers remained looked like a 1 1/2 once jig. Fact or myth fish can deteriorate a hook thats inside of them true the hook and eyelet where completley gone so i would there acid in there stomach is very strong to eat away metal like that!
