tournament on rose valley lake

has anyone else heard that there is a tournament on this lake saturaday?

no...  they used to have a couple of big ice tournys on this lake years ago.  I dont htink they have had one on the lake for atleast 10 years....  Ill check.  you would think someone would of heard about it.

yea it was a heart fund  tournament and there was always a good time held by all but it just went away

yeah i always thought they stopped having the tourney because there was a stretch of a couple of years that the ice was not safe durring the dates and it just got swept away under the rug. 

wish it would come back.

ill would take the walleye bet......  only been skunked once befoe when actually targeting them here. :whistle: 

pickerel.... come on man you can give a prize for a fish that probably wont be over 18 inches. ;D

I was just busting on Pickerel Valley I try not to catch them unless I am with the kids... Wish I could run into the Walleye.... I went out 2 weeks ago with the largest shiners and only caught a buzz ... I have caught everything but a walleye out of RV...
