Central/Eastern Pa Ice Fishing

Hey I am new to ice shanty and just starting to really get into ice fishing just trying to find some good places in central/eastern pa to fish. If anyone has some good advice I would really appreciate the help getting started. I'm up for fishing all species of fish. Thanks

Hi Dale,

Welcome to this great site, you will learn a bunch................. ......what counties are you looking at? That info would help us help you. Central / Eastern PA can be interpreted in many different ways.

Welcome to your new addiction! As Byron said, this is a great site and there is a wealth of useful info. on here as well as friendly people in general. If you post a few more times, you will have access to the PA reports and conditions pages and can search lakes in your area for spacific info. I'm sure we will be hearing more from you soon. you should have enough post right now to view about everything and post anywhere.  Unless you are a militia member you cannot post anything for sale on the forsale area but you can post to ask about gear others have posted.

If your ever gonna be in pike county PM me on here and we could mostlikely meet up and do some fishing.  I have plenty of gear if you dont got it you can use my stuff for the day and see if you like it and know what to get yourself.
