frabill excursion seats ?

I have the bench seat inside and was looking at frabills site to see if they have a support for the front of the bench seat. (didnt find one).  will the top rail of the sled be strong enough to attach a homemade support to or should i just go down to floor of sled ?

has anybody else had this problem or is it just my "big boned" problem ?
