Vex went blank

Sunday afternoon, marking lots of fish then they all disapear then wham, 10 mins later out comes a 8lb pike on a forage minnow. About an hour later in almost the same spot the Vex went blank again this time I grabbed another rod ,a medium ugly stick with a lindy darter, dropped it down the hole then this big girl hit it on the drop 11lbs 8oz.

Look how fat they are.  Nice & healthy.  Always fun to catch them on the ole' poles.

Not looking for details, but, did they come out of a pond somewhere in the 'loo/CF area?
